Find out more >>Founded in 2017 by family members Tom, Katharine and Stuart, Kinetic Alliance was created to redefine how B2B events are delivered. With over 27 years of combined experience, the founders identified an opportunity to move away from one-size-fits-all formats towards a more considered, results-driven approach to executive events.
At Kinetic Alliance, we work with each client on a fully bespoke basis, taking the time to understand their challenges, priorities and desired business outcomes. This enables us to design and deliver CXO dinner events, CXO day events and virtual roundtables that drive meaningful conversations and measurable results.
While we operate globally across EMEA and the US, we maintain the ethos of a family-run business - personal, accountable and committed to excellence.

Tom is one of our Director and Co-Founders, and oversees the running of the company’s vision and strategy. Tom also oversee the client side of the business.Outside of work Tom is very family oriented and loves spending time with his wife, daughter and Chocolate Lab. When he gets the chance he enjoys watching Football (Liverpool) and Rugby (Bristol Bears).

Katharine is one of our Director and Co-Founders. Her role involves all operational aspects of the business in order to achieve long and short-term company goals. She works closely with all team members including management to provide mentoring and drive motivation. She also oversees the event management side of the business whilst monitoring operational budgets to meet business projections.In her spare time, she loves getting outdoors with her chocolate Labrador and spending time with her family, friends.

Stuart is one of our Director and Co-Founders. His day to day role involves overseeing the different product lines of our business, as well as running the highly skilled team who reach out to potential attendees for our events.When he isn’t in the office, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family and squeezing in time to play/watch Football, Rugby & Golf! Fun fact, as of March 2022 (as an office birthday present), he is now a Lord!

Finn's role is to ensure our events are filled with the right executives, and to make sure his teams KPI's are met. He is highly skilled at reaching out to executives and building relationships.Outside of work, he prioritises personal fitness, enjoys traveling to new destinations, and has a keen interest in skateboarding.

Oscar is tasked with leading a team to ensure our events are the best they can be. He has a focus on quality over quantity, as well as ongoing upskilling his team members.Ed loves sports such as Football, Basketball, F1 and American Football. He also enjoy travelling and exploring different cultures.

Said liaises with industry experts to see which events align with their focuses, to ensure they get the most value from attending. He provides an opportunity for them to network with their peers, and gain insight into some of the upcoming technology solutions in their industry.Outside of work he is very keen on music, and thinks of himself as some what of a DJ! He also enjoys basketball, football & F1. In addition to this, he is also a big fan of business books & podcasts.

Tommy's job encompasses various aspects of the sales process at Kinetic Alliance with key responsibilities aimed at understanding client objectives, what their ICP looks like and how our bespoke B2B dinners can help with their goals.Outside of work Tommy's passions include staying active, hiking, cooking, writing & film making!

With proactive communication and expert planning, Amelia ensures each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. On event day, she oversees all operations, engage with guests, and keep the energy high. Post-eventOutside of work she enjoys baking, cooking , socialising and travelling.

Fraser is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing training and development programmes for the Delegate Acquisition Team, focused on securing senior executive participation at exclusive C-suite events. He ensures our acquisition specialists are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and commercial acumen required to engage effectively with the C'Suite, and other senior decision-makers.He is an avid F1 fan, and he enjoys going down an MTB trail at the weekends.

Millie connects with leading executives from all industries to join our events, where they discuss problems in the industry and listen to solutions from other peers.Outside of work she is passionate about History, Hiking and Reading. She would love to explore more places in the UK, it's her goal to visit every Cathedral in the UK.

Rhiannon's day to day role involves reaching out to senior executives to see if they'd see value in one of our many upcoming events. She uncovers challenges and focuses, to ensure everyone takes value from joining our events.Rhiannon is passionate about fitness, fashion, and music. She loves staying active, whether it’s through a tough workout or trying out new fitness trends. Fashion is a big part of her life too.

Hannah is tasked with reaching out to targeted executives to potentially join our bespoke events. She makes sure each event reaches the right target audience, to ensure each executives gets value from joining us.From a personal standpoint, she enjoys creative hobbies such as writing, painting and collaging.

From audience research and targeted outreach to onsite delivery, Archie helps create professional environments where meaningful dialogue, peer learning, and long-term connections can thrive.Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with a book in hand, out hiking somewhere green, spending time with animals, or in a good pub with friends.

Will ensures our events reach our target audience and builds relationships with delegates and clients.Outside of the office he's a passionate person about the outdoors and loves to go hiking and camping. Bringing the outside into his home, he has an ever-growing rare house plant collection which he cares for with the up most respect.

Mia connects senior leaders and C-level executives with exclusive, peer-led executive events across Europe. Her role focuses on curating high-level audiences for private executive dinners and roundtables, ensuring the right people are in the room to enable meaningful, strategic conversations.When she's not working, she's either at the stables, at the gym, or with her family. Horse-riding has been a big part of her life and is still her favourite way to unwind.

Lloyd supports the planning, promotion, and delivery of high-level business events. His role focuses on understanding target audiences, creating tailored event communications across email and LinkedIn, and building strong relationships with senior-level executives to ensure each event delivers real value.Outside of work, he has a strong interest in motorcycles and staying active, as well as travelling and exploring new experiences and cultures.

Kieron's role involves strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative conversations with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and match them with relevant event opportunities.Outside of work, he's passionate about boxing and football, which helps him stay disciplined, competitive, and focused.

Jake works with senior leaders across CX, digital, technology, and transformation to bring them together for meaningful conversations around the challenges and opportunities shaping modern organisations.Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, cooking, and practicing DJing.

Ibrahim supports executives on their transformation journeys - sharing insights on emerging solutions and creating spaces for meaningful peer networking. Outside of work you'll find him watching football and debating weekend results - it's how he switches off and stays competitive in a different way. he also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

George connects with delegates from all industries to join our events, where they discuss problems in the industry and listen to solutions from other peers. Outside of work you'll find him playing 5-a-side during the week. Music is also a big part of his life, and finds it a great way to switch off! Hiking is also a passion for him, he enjoys getting out and exploring new places.

Chloe’s role as Delegate Acquisition Executive involves building relationships with senior executives for our variety of event platforms. She is very creative inside and outside of work, and is keen on outdoor activities such as running, cycling or walking her dog!

Macey ensures our events connect with the right audience and foster impactful, lasting relationships between our delegates and clients.Outside of work, she's passionate about skiing, horse riding, and basketball activities that keep her active, focused, and always ready for the next challenge.
