Founded in 2017 by family members Tom, Katharine and Stuart, who collectively have over 24 years of experience in running B2B events. They saw an opportunity with Kinetic Alliance to change the way B2B events operate. Working with each client on a complete bespoke level, taking the time to uncover their challenges, focuses and business outcomes to drive the best possible results. Kinetic Alliance has the ethos of a family run business, whilst driving actionable results in a corporate environment.

Tom is one of our Director and Co-Founders, and oversees the running of the company’s vision and strategy. Tom also oversee the client side of the business. Outside of work Tom is very family oriented and loves spending time with his wife, daughter and Chocolate Lab. When he gets the chance he enjoys watching Football (Liverpool) and Rugby (Bristol Bears).
Katharine is one of our Director and Co-Founders. Her role involves all operational aspects of the business in order to achieve long and short-term company goals. She works closely with all team members including management to provide mentoring and drive motivation. She also oversees the event management side of the business whilst monitoring operational budgets to meet business projections. In her spare time, she loves getting outdoors with her chocolate Labrador and spending time with her family, friends.
Stuart is one of our Director and Co-Founders. His day to day role involves overseeing the different product lines of our business, as well as running the highly skilled team who reach out to potential attendees for our events. When he isn’t in the office, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family and squeezing in time to play/watch Football, Rugby & Golf! Fun fact, as of March 2022 (as an office birthday present), he is now a Lord!
Milosz's role is to ensure that each of our events are filled with the right level of people, and to make sure they run smoothly onsite. He is also responsible for his team's KPI's, to ensure timelines are met. He is very skilled at building relationships. Outside of work, Milosz has a keen interest in Rugby & Football. He is also into a wide variety of music...and food!!
Aleina's role is to engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and specific requirements for hosting events. She also manages existing clients, keeping on top of their objectives and expectations. Outside of work, Aleina loves to cook, walk her dogs and play badminton.
Said liaises with industry experts to see which events align with their focuses, to ensure they get the most value from attending. He provides an opportunity for them to network with their peers, and gain insight into some of the upcoming technology solutions in their industry. Outside of work he is very keen on music, and thinks of himself as some what of a DJ! He also enjoys basketball, football & F1. In addition to this, he is also a big fan of business books & podcasts.
Rosie ensures all of our events are the best they can be, making sure the topics align with each attendee so they get the most value from joining us. Outside of work she loves music and performing. She plays several instruments including the violin, guitar and piano, and she also sings with choirs. She also enjoys climbing.
Finn's day to day involves speaking with each executive that joins our events to learn more about their interests, and ensure that our events are as beneficial to them as possible. Outside of work, he prioritises personal fitness, enjoys traveling to new destinations, and has a keen interest in skateboarding.
Athena drives the successful delivery of high-impact events while keeping senior management informed and engaged throughout the process. She has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. Outside of work Athena is passionate about baking and exploring new culinary destinations, always on the lookout for the next great foodie spot.
Oscar ensures our events are reaching our target audience. He excels in speaking to top level executives, digging deeper into their role & focuses, to ensure they get the most value as possible from attending our events. Outside of work he is a very active person and into a variety of sports, including, surfing, football, futsal, among others. He is also hugely into music and enjoys spending time growing his playlist.
Chloe’s role as Delegate Acquisition Executive involves building relationships with senior executives for our variety of event platforms. She is very creative inside and outside of work, and is keen on outdoor activities such as running, cycling or walking her dog!
Mark is part of our delegate acquisition team, where his day to day role involves reaching out to senior executives for our events. He uncovers challenges and focuses, to ensure everyone takes value from joining our events. Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing football & golf, as well as being a keen fan of rugby! He also has a passion for Lego, and regularly showcases his work at Lego exhibitions.
